Samson Black Handwoven Indoor/Outdoor Rug

The Samson rug is part of Dash & Albert's Bunny Williams collection, drawn from an antique striped rug in the designer's personal archive. Woven in India from 100% P.E.T. fibre, a recycled polyester made from reclaimed plastic bottles, it has a low, flat profile and a quietly graphic black stripe pattern that works equally well indoors and out. The construction is reversible, which extends the life of the rug and makes it easy to rotate.

Designed for high-traffic use, the Samson is fade-resistant, washable, and scrubbable, making it well-suited to entryways, mudrooms, covered porches, and patios. Routine care is simple: vacuum regularly with the brush head set at its highest position, and blot spills immediately rather than rubbing. Annual professional cleaning is recommended for longer-term maintenance.

Care instructions: Vacuum regularly. When vacuuming, set vacuum so that the brush is the furthest away from the surface of the carpet. For spot cleaning, immediately blot (do not rub) spills with white paper towels or a clean white absorbent cloth. Scoop up solids. If a cleaner must be used, test a small area before applying to the entire stain. Blot up the spill with a blotting motion and then rinse with clear water on a clean cloth, do not over saturate with water. We recommend annual professional cleaning.
