Our frames are made from durable, sustainably sourced hardwoods or engineered hardwoods. Each joint is reinforced with double dowels, glue, screws, and blocks, or built with mortise and tenon for maximum strength. 

The foam core is double wrapped in polyester fiber then encased in down proof ticking.
