Japanese Poppy Multi Machine Washable Rug

The Japanese Poppy rug brings together a bold floral pattern, designed in collaboration with Frances Valentine, and the practicality of a fully machine-washable construction. Made from 100% polyester, it lies flat underfoot without fuzzing or shedding, and holds its appearance wash after wash. An anti-slip backing keeps it firmly in place on hard flooring.

This rug is well suited to kitchens, mudrooms, entryways, and any other high-traffic area where easy cleaning matters. Sizes up to 5-by-8-foot are machine washable at home in a standard 4.2 cubic-foot or larger washer; larger sizes respond best to spot cleaning or professional laundering in an extra-large capacity machine. If the rug arrives folded, allow up to two weeks for any creases to fully relax.

Care instructions: Vacuum regularly to clean up dirt and debris. When vacuuming, set the vacuum so that the brush is the furthest away from the surface of the carpet.
Rug sizes 5'x8' and smaller are machine washable; for best results use a standard 4.2+ Cu. Ft. or larger washer machine.
Wash separately using cold water and a mild detergent; do not bleach.
Hang or lay flat to dry; do not machine dry.
Due to size, we recommend either spot cleaning rug sizes 6'x9' and 8' x10' or having them professionally cleaned in an extra-large capacity washing machine.
Please note: if your rug arrives folded, it may take up to two weeks for any creases to relax.
