      With clean lines and a transitional style, the Manhattan Condo Sofa is a classic piece for sophisticated spaces. It has slim arms, tapered exposed solid ash legs, and a box-style piped seat and back cushion that offers a tailored feel. 

      Also available as a Loveseat and Sofa.

      Made with superior construction in Toronto, this item is a custom made-to-order-piece thats takes 14-16 weeks to be completed. Offered in a wide variety of fabrics and stain finishes.

      Pictured: The model is featured in a Loveseat and upholstered in the Soho Canvas Weave Pistachio Fabric with a solid ash leg in slate finish.

      • care instructions : Performance Fabrics: Simply use Dawn dish soap in warm water, no harsh chemicals needed! Standard Fabrics: Spot clean, using a mild water free solvent or dry cleaning product. Pretest a small area before proceeding. To prevent overall soil, frequent vacuuming or light brushing to remove dust and grime is recommended
      • details : The frame is made from top grade, kiln dried hardwood which prevents warping and provides long lasting durability. Each frame is glued and screwed creating strong joints. The sofa has been created with web and coil construction which contributes to the quality and durability of each piece. Seat and back cushions are loose which allows for easy maintenance. The seat cushions have a high density foam core that has been wrapped in a synthetic down envelope for a supportive soft feather feel. The back cushions are a Dacron fill for added comfort.
