Our 2023 design resolution: Be unapologetically colourful. To us, that means embracing classic decor in colourful hues, without getting stuck in "play-it-safe" neutral mode.
Don't get us wrong — we love a neutral as much as the next homebody, however, we are happily leaning into joy in 2023 and that means being unafraid to add punches of juicy colour that have been lacking in recent years.
So to kick off the year again, we're forgoing the standard trend report in favour of this: A round-up of classic, timeless — and yes, we're saying it — colourful traditional design inspirations that will stand the test of time.
As we embark on a new year and a new collection, we're inspired by the joy that colour can bring. Red, Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue & Brown - we're loving them all and can't wait to show you how to mix them into your home. The following are some of the images that stopped us mid-scroll and got us inspired to bring you a colourful collection in 2023.

We're all about growth and fresh perspective this year, and that means NEW product lines! We're expanding our rugs, furniture, upholstered goods, lighting, artwork, accessories and launching our largest ever made-in-house pillow collection this spring! As we look to our next chapter at 195 Norseman Street (Unit 6) - I can't help but get excited to take you all on the decorating journey of our new home. Afterall, it is the space I originally had my eye on for Rainsford Company's brick + mortar. Stay tuned while we move locations into a stunning new studio loft space just south of Bloor and Islington in Toronto.
